FEES, TERMS & COURSE OUTLINES

The Workshop in Negotiating Skills is a 4½ day residential programme. It has three formats as well as Foundation (Junior) and Higher Skills Options.

Pilot Course
This is the initial course for clients, to be attended by six participants, who will judge the suitability of WINS for their company.  Prior to the course, a senior WINS instructor will spend 2 - 2½ days with the client assessing the nature of the business, plus the structure and training needs of the client's company.
Course Fee: £19,920 plus hotel and travel costs of assessment.

IN-HOUSE COURSES
This is the most frequently run programme over 4½ days.

It is for between 4 and 12 participants (even numbers much preferred.)

Foundation Course (J12)

This is a highly intensive course for groups of between 4 and 12 (even numbers much preferred.) It covers the essentials of WINS in three days. It is particularly suitable for junior managers and younger or new employees.

Higher Skills Course

This is a 3½ day refresher and improver course for six participants who have attended a Pilot, F6 or F12 at least 6 months previously.

Open Courses

These are essentially the same as the in-House course. Please refer to HDC for dates of upcoming programmes and full participant conditions.

Course Fee
Price per participant £3,420 to include all fees and instructing expenses, but not accommodation.

Discounts are calculated on the number of courses booked in advance and taken in the 12 months following the first day of the Pilot programme.

After the Pilot programme, a client will be invoiced 50% of the fees for the reserved courses plus, if applicable, hotel, video hire and any coach hire.

For subsequent bookings: on agreement as to dates, the client is billed 50% of the fees for those courses booked to reserve those dates which are, thereafter, on receipt of payment guaranteed.

Discounts for bulk bookings (as above) are only applicable if terms of trading of payment within 10 days of invoice are adhered to.

Instructor's first class travel, hotel, living and out of pocket expenses are charged to the client with a 10% administration charge.

Where an instructor uses his car, a rate of 70 pence per mile is charged.

Arrangement of hotels, video equipment hire, coach travel by HDC is also subject to a 10% administration charge.

An additional charge of £30 per participant is invoiced on booking of courses for pre-reading material and course notes.

All above prices exclude VAT, if applicable.

ATTENDANCE

The first Programme has to be the Pilot. Attendees may not come as evaluators: all must participate wholly.

Participants may not attend with personnel to whom they report.

Nothing which happens on a course is reported to the client by HDC.  Clients are provided with a summary of participants' evaluations.

CANCELLATION

All our instructors are independent consultants with full work schedules; in committing dates with our clients we get an unequivocal commitment from an instructor for those dates and this is implicit in our contract with the client.

As a consequence, all cancellations are charged at the following rates:

Up to 4 months' notice:      100%
5to 8 months' notice:           60%
9 to 12 months' notice:        40%
13 to 15 months' notice:      20%
Over 15 months' notice:        0%

Laws used interpreting the meaning and consequences or words herein will be those of England.
